Tivus is now cleared to begin the independent audit process of the past two years, which is the final step to becoming fully reporting and qualify for up-listing. (This is a statement from the latest PR)

From just the longs here on this board, I believe this company has been gone over with a fine tooth comb, as much as any penny stock can. No matter how much DD has been done here, as we all know, no one here really knows the intent and heart of the officers of Tivus. They have no model to show us yet, no up and running product and it is a gamble for all. I do believe the company has been quite transparent up to this point. Again, we will not know until the unexpected pops up, because it always does. I and others here have talked with the President of Tivus and I can only go by what he has offered and what I was able to confirm with third parties. I am in for the long haul and hope this coming year is a great one. I never have invested long in a penny stock, this will be my first and maybe my last. GLTA
