Mike-The 250 million share Brehm deal was in the last 10q. The $10,000 consulting agreement (which ends in July) was in the last 10q. These were both done before Dave took over the company. If people are just starting to beetch about it, they obviously didn't do their DD before they bought.

It's a little late to complain now, would you agree?
