That's the thing! The deal is actually really good in terms of how its set up. It's company friendly. If it wasn't Dutchess who did it, but a private investor, people would be shouting to high heaven how good it is. But its Dutchess, so they have the stigma, you have low volume so its hard to absorb the shares Dutchess does sell, and you have them probably messing with the stock. And when I say probably, I mean 99.99999% they are.
