Hawk IMO the merger is not good when we lose 75% of our shares and they go to Centiflix. That means we end same effect as a 1 for 4 r/s but o/s doesn't come down by 75%. Instead it just get issued to other company and we still have 1.5 billion shares out. That is how it looks for now.

Yet what other choice did Jeff seem to have? Seems he did this to keep anything for QASP and us alive. Centiflix has to be bring value and ability to keep the company alive.

Seems in seeing terms of this deal it was take it or didn't look like QASP stay in business. Even though we have 75 less shares after merger might be that at least we have shares in a on going company. Other choice have been close the doors and we get nothing.

Kind of a choice that wasn't great but probably no other options.
