Those are merely the Daily gross short totals.
Relatively meaningless for PMDP and every other stock.

If you understand what the daily shorts represent then you know that Market makers must execute trades and short and cover as part of normal trading operations.
It is only the bimonthly SHO report that gives a true reflection of NET shorts outstanding at a point in time.
So sayeth the SEC and FINRA.
