Yep,saw that Wilcox WALKED on this fraud. What a JOKE our Justice system is. Screw investors out of millions and get a slap on the wrist and ridiculous probation. Probably another pardon coming to Humphrie too. Oh...but they were soooooo nice and cooperated with authorities!!!
