Of course SWK is a real company.

And without the debt service incurred when Trey bought them, they might be more easily able to weather the downturn in the economy. From what I've seen of their business, it's fairly stable and maybe even growing now that the economy is rebounding.

This situation sort-of reminds me of Nortel a few years ago, when they were dragged down by the huge debt that they had and hired Zafirovski to try to fix the situation. They seemed to be getting things together when the economy turned and the drop in business left them unable to service the debt.
