Lets see i'm i making money on this stock? Yes Am i well above my cost average? yes by a penny and a half! Do i buy stocks to make money? Yes oh my in that case i love this stock, Do i get greedy and want dividends want to be fully reporting want the stock price to go way up want full acountability from a penny stock mngmnt. NO. Its a friggin penny stock fellas i love it you'd think GE is merging with CITI and we're all second guessing Welchs past leadership ability.

What are you suggesting, for SCMI to stay on the pinks just to get your little dividend. The merge creates a real company period, even without the dividend. I didn`t buy scmi for this little dividend, I bought it for the innovation of this technology and growth potential. Dividends create more dilution, I want revenue growth with a pps that is mirrored to this growth.

When the proxy comes out this coming week, it should be quiet clear what will transpire in the coming weeks.

Getting off the pinks will attract real investors period.
Dividend, forgetaboutit.

One more thing, If I wanted Divdidends I`d buy Utility stocks companies like GE, remember this is a penny stock and the game plan has changed for the best interest of its shareholders.
