I believe chances are pretty good of super news coming from Australia. The whole color coded tag thing was devised quite a while ago and seems to me they would be greatly inferior--for one, they cannot be read via the automatic shepherding, much less instantly; secondly, the tracing would still be pretty onerous, not a mere function or two of a computer. I have a pretty good feeling. Let's hope for something in April, though timelines set by governments never seem to hold.
