What if they said a PR is coming out next month. Is that illegal in your book too?

Me thinks that NG tell only half truth sometimes to continue his attack on SeaView.
Me also thinks that NG is worried about his short position.

FG makes good points. I don't condone it either, but if I were to suggest that IBM will release some sort of PR tomorrow, will I be suspect? IBM makes multiple releases every day.

NG may not lie, but maybe NG needs more sleep.
