My guess is that there was a few people that thought and still think that the buyout was not true. IMO there must be some truth to the buyout since these same people are saying the SEC is after this company for making a false statement. If that were true, we would not be talking about the buyout but we would be talking about how much Jail time the Pres would be facing. Since this dropped (in price), it has been a few months and no sign anywhere of the SEC. Since the doubt has switch we have been seeing a buying surge. No one knows the truth but IMO we could be hearing about the buyout the beginning of next week. JMHO though.
