zipjet, actually you are sidestepping. No one's been able to do it over at least 7 years, except for MNTA.

Teva's actions are fearful of losing to a MNTA Copax generic.

...Should the Fda grant a MNTA copax, or MNTA signs a new partnership, how will Teva react then?
