Is it fraud to announce a PR without disclosing it's content?

NG giving honorable posters bad name.

FNG, shouldn't you report it to SEC?...

While I don't condone the practice, I have seen it happen many times on various stocks... A poster calls management to see if SEVU is really moving its Headquarters, for instance and asks for some information...

He's told nothing, except that a PR has been scheduled very soon or even the same day, with some answers to his questions... The posters runs along and posts same on RB...

If you can get SEC interested in that story, let me know... In the meantime, your sense of smell should tell you it's 2:00 am in Taiwan, where you said you lived: shouldn't you be asleep?

NG, I really shouldn't prolong this conversation as I REALLY don't want to engage in a dialogue with you. No offense intended. HOWEVER, the manner in which your post is written is misleading, IMO. It reads as if the poster first said a new PR will be forthcoming and then proceeded to post the PR. We all know that is not is not how the events unfolded. I don't see what the issue is over someone posting a PR is due out as long as there was no hint of the contents. It could have been something awful like "The Board of directors, management and staff of... has packed up and was last seen sailing for the Caymens" or something like that.

P.S. You really shouldn't stay up so late. It's not good for your complection.
