I honestly think it was a mistake. Someone, at some point, explained to me that it takes a code, sent from Pinksheets to the company, to upload the financials. If they make a mistake and upload the wrong one, it could take a couple of days to fix. I really think that's what happened. Just a guess though.

The filings indicate a difference in the issuance of ~2 million preferred shares. This could be significant in regard to the deal with BEEN. Perhaps this mistake was noticed during the discussion with BEEN who may be getting a preferred stock issuance.

November 23, 2009 Filing:
Preferred stock: 20,000,000 shares authorized of
$0.0001 par value, 2 mullion shares issued and outstanding 200

Today's Filing:
Preferred stock: 20,000,000 shares authorized of
$0.0001 par value, 2,000 shares issued and outstanding -

Dragonwing, If you look on page 3 of the quarterly report published on Nov. 23 2009 under stockholders equity, you will see a number 200 typed in the columns. That number is missing on the newly published quarterly. What do you think it means?
