Then I guess the transaction will never be approved by regulators in any shape or form. If the deal is reviewed and approved. Then something a miss with that perspective . APTD has a similar batch of history too.
Yep I agree very spooky on both sides. Perfect combo and one to watch like a hawk. I'm using caution and playing this day by day. imo if the deal doesn't go. The going concern will be gray sheets for both.
They have to announce the deal is off if it is or face cease trade orders. From what I can see the talks have been going on for 7 or 8 months. They would of announced by now don't you think?

This is what I think is going to happen.

The deal is going to be approved.

With the abilities all the players have with capable promotions. We will see the most massive pump in pink history lol. Think about how much these companies promote other companies. Now imagine how they are going to pump themselves. Going to be huge worldwide attention.

Both EATR and APTD stock will have value and bolt

The gray scenario and they wait and try to pay the bills
