Yes Moondoggy, My thoughts are... letting him go does two things, lowers Admin cost, and they promote Eddie at the same time. As I don't think they will need him anyway, If a new partner is found!
I almost like the fact the JB is trimming the fat in the Admin side of things. shows he is aware of what needs to be done for survival of the company while we are waiting for things to shake out! Hell please bring this puppy down even more! I will be all over this at .03 and sell my house to buy more shares anything under .02!! And who ever put their money all in on this stock and did not save some for other investments while waiting for the news learn a very good lesson (wake up Call) if you will.

Hope everyone understands that this is a penny stock and on the OTC (Wild West) MM can and will do what they like and there is not a dam thing we or anyone else can do about it but roll with it and take advantage with them!

I think Mr. Cavalier was not active with LBSR related activities and has other engagements. So, he has politely stepped down. The key thing for any company is to have vital resources (who bring opportunities) in the BOD. That is exactly what is going on here. Mr Othon has been very active with Middle East connections and the company "SEES" the potential opportunities Mr. Othon is pursuing and planning to deliver results pretty soon. That is why Mr. Othon got promoted to the Board.

Remember - No one can connect unknown dots and be successful. We know what dots to connect here and we can all be successful.
