Centaflix is being absorbed into Quasar but...

all of the shares owned by the existing shareholders of QUASAR shall be converted, in the aggregate, into twenty-five (25%) of the issued and outstanding shares of the surviving corporation

So they're getting the majority of it and I'm having a hard time seeing the benefit of Quasars involvement with Centaflix. Which doesn't look like much so far.
