Same Boat

I am in the same boat as you, BRITT2575.

While the inventors and the employees are doing an excellent job, the CEO has failed his investors, including you and me. I have reason to believe that the CEO has committed violations of securities laws and regulations, not to mention ethics.

It may require litigation for us shareholders to get our fair share of this company, because the CEO has failed completely to protect our interests, as he is supposed to do. In fact, he may even have done some things to deliberate hurt our interest, in order to benefit his own interests instead.

I am researching this matter and speaking with attorneys and investment bankers, and I believe that we can take action to restore the value of our shares. Personally, I have lost over $400,000 on this stock. That was money that my father began to save on my behalf in 1972. It took over 30 years to produce that money, which I entrusted to Kevin Kreisler, the current CEO of GreenShift.

The good news is that the inventors and employees have done a great job, and the sales and profits of this company are growing. At that level, the "operations" of the company look good. But, the CEO has destroyed the Common Stock and the wealth of those who bought it. My issue is with the CEO, not with the inventors and employees, who are doing a good job.

Personally, I plan to stay in, because the operations are improving, and I believe that we can take some action against the CEO, which will also help to improve the value of our shares. For both of those reasons, I believe it makes sense to hold onto your shares.

In the best possible scenario, the operations will improve dramatically this year AND the capital structure will also improve. If both of those things happen, it should go up a lot from here.

You will have to decide for yourself, but that is what I will do. I will hold my shares AND take action to improve the capital structure for the benefit of the Common Shareholders. This MAY involve legal action, and if it does, then it will probably be Class Action litigation. So, we will need to band together to form a class on that. If you would like to send me your email address, I will include you on the list of possible plaintiffs for the class action lawsuit.
