Not everybody realizes that. Laidlaw may have separated itself from the project its share price "will be" impacted by whatever decision the PUC makes. They are only the developer, however investors will not overlook the conclusion to this project when the time comes. Mike and Laidlaw may have money in hand, however the outcome as I have said before will have some effect on Laidlaw going forward. If Berlin fails, do you honestly think investors won't notice, irregardless of how much money Laidlaw made from the development of the project?
