I don't believe Slone mad a mistake, Since he is a part of the whole thing he aill probably receive a much larger % . Men like him never make a mistake on money

Dich: He paid a slight premium to be sure but remember after the Preferred A's & B's have been paid he will still have his original shares just as we will. Lets not forget the 3% either.
