Aysa, that is LEVEL 2 and helps you a lot for day trading
it is a useful tool to have
you have to be a paid subscription to get it
I have mine from I HUB and it is pretty accurate
others have it but not all of them are accurate for pennies
I HUB is accurate for pink sheet or big board stocks
