True GNTA< what you state! But, 1) does not mean that any reverse will be done! 2) There is no way that GNTA, will sell 100B, of GNTA in this market! 3) If GNTA would have the first reverse, it would automatically reduce the AS, for the second reverse! 4) also if you read the Pr's, you will see that GNTA received funds of 5m, that stated that would carry them into the 4th quarter of 2011! 5) believe this or not, the voting of this 100b/2 reverses, seems to me, like a poison bill, protecting GNTA, for a possible "BUYOUT"! Other wise why would any company announce in advance a plan of such, knowing that they could vote for an increase of the AS/Reverse, at any time! So, I conclude that GNTA, will have a killer announcement, that will increase the price, and make GNTA attractive for a "BUYOUT! My opinions!

Also consider that GNTA, has a lot more products then many others in this field, with the "MARKET CAP" much higher then GNTA! Pure and "SIMPLE", GNTA at .001, is under valued! With the products in the pipe line, with 600m, outstanding, GNTA should be selling at minimum of .30! My opinion!
