I know you want to have all the facts come into the light regarding AMNE. Me too. That said, what I think AW is trying to communicate to you is that the possibility of a legal action against TM and GG and having the SEC involved is a poison pill for AMNE. NO-one wants AMNE to drop to the gray market or to have trading halted. There would be no value left.

I too believe these guys were more than incompetent. However, if I get AW's drift, he is offering TM and GG the opportunity to avoid future legal actions by turning the company over. The concept of an infinite R distributor whether it is in the US or a country that is actively developing its buidling infrastructure is a good one, this is what we all bought shares for. To me the best and most likely way we will ever see any return on our purchase of AMNE shares is to have someone in place who will actually put into place sales and installation of the phase-change product. TM and GG should take this "get out of jail free" offer and move on.
