When u read the securities registration statement in the table of contents section there is not one thing that is positive. Why in Gods name would we by into the sale of units. It will cost me 6068 more dollars when I have lost almost 130,000 now for the chance to MAYBE make some money back. The company is 92,000,000 in debt now and they have more problems with the FDA which will cost more money. I know I am F___KED, but had faith in the product but it hasn't got to market and when you read all of this it is hard to believe it will ever make it. They offer no information as to what is going on except thru the hard to understand legal securities registration type docs. The question I have for the rest of u is am I the only one that feels this way? I wrote them a letter with my phone number, address, and e-mail and never got a answer to anything. If your next door neighbor never talked to you but wanted u to give him money WOULD YOU? Help me understand what is going on here. PLEASE
