Emergo Group is involved in the 510(k) application with the FDA--POSITIVE.

Statement that the time awaiting approval from the FDA has been disappointing and frustrating--NEUTRAL.

DTCC chill on common stock--NEGATIVE. I don't fully understand what the implications are.
