Gagged transfer agent and no update on the share count as promised. Has it even occured to you to consider the wild outside possibility that perhaps it is not the mm's that are selling the shares which are holding the price down?

this thing hasn't closed below 0.015 since December 2. Seems like tomorrow will be a green day.

As for share count, who really gives a crap as long as they have gold. As any idiot knows, dilution is already baked into the share price; that's the side effect of diluton!
And don't forget that boards only have debbie downers if there's interest in the stock. Be concerned if they go away.
