Hotrod charts cannot guarantee. The only thing charts can do is tell you where a stock was, where it is now and then a good chart reader can give an educated guess as to where its going. That is based on no dramatic news coming out to alter it.

Get to know charts. Look at where the different indicators were the day before a big run or a big drop. Learn them like the back of your hand. Look for patterns, patterns within patterns and remember that patterns repeat themselves, usually in odd numbers and usually in 3's.
