Mergers are still on the table, will advise ICOA stakeholders when a material development takes place.

Company executed 2 reduction rounds of shares for a total 2.3 billion shares.

As stated in previous P/R’s Company is working to reduce the debt of its balance sheet (already reduced by over $2 million) and expand via JV, acquisitions/mergers
