The "update" on the right is just about "My Stocks". It means I updated the text of my comments about the stock & it shows up there, that's all. My picks came from mostly reading the hell out of message boards all over IHUB [very valuable for a penny person]. Also I look in on OTCBB. I get (paid pump) free newsletters offerred everywhere. I go to Nasdaq.com everday. I now have more to read and more stocks to look into than I can cover in a short time. IHUB has tons of message boards to point you somewhere. Leads just pile up after a while.
