I think those who are already leery of Klok were probably assuming either Klok himself or a cronie was an owner of this difficult to locate privately owned company. Your dd doesn't seem to dispel that assumption and I'm sure time will uncover more of the old Klok shady moves with this transaction. Time will tell.

You are right about this mortgage company having the same address as the Alto Mines Utah address, even down to the suite number. check out this link: http://www.lender411.com/id/Tony+Moore/. I don't know what to make of it and maybe it's nothing but it seems to be a bit odd.
