Last 10Q said 7.5 Billion or so!! Now neo says 8.2 or so!! well maybe those have been bought privately??

all I am saying is that they still have some room to generate enough cash to pay this debt down, but not on the open market. If I knew business was better than it appeared and that this 800lb dead weight of Meller was gonna leave I would pony up the cash and pay as much as $5,000,000 for this company for a lump sum buy of 1.1 to 2.5 Billion shares!! as long as Meller and Cornell leave with there debt paid it is a steal!!

JMHO!!

Det,

Meller owns the preponderance of the O/S, so I am not sure if he needs a vote to authorize additional shares from the A/S. But based on the numbers he gave me directly, he still doesn't have that many shares to issue anyway.

Meller told me directly that the current O/S was 8.7B and the float was close to that number with 1.3B restricted.

Who knows? With the profitability of the company, a private placement might not be out of the question. He was vague when I addressed this issue but he seemd confident that they would have the lump payment of a buck seventy-five when it is due.
