30 teams lets say 20,000 fans per team which is way low if you ask me. so we have 600,000 fans. people with kids and stuff. more likely in the millions but let's start small.
say each one buys that new team jersey and luchbox with their teams new Guardian on it. maybe a poster for the kids wall. so maybe each fan drops 100 bucks on stuff over the rest of the season. remember 80 games per year plus the playoffs. lots of opportunity to sell to folks directly. so anyway run those numbers and tell me this thing isn't gonna generate some revenue.
another thing. if you wanted to sell stuff to kids where would you get a good marketing model for that. hmmmmmmmmm. boy i don't know.
if i owned 10 percent of something I would want it to do okay. maybe help when I can. just saying.
