When you respond to the frustration and do not understand the shareholders frustration, this only creates more frustration by my more shareholders. Look what going after Factor did. Factor has frustrations and concerns and has a right to have them addressed. Even if we do not agree with them, Factor has the right and we should not minimize the concerns on this board.

Go after DA and get him to open the store in the time frame promised this time and get the Financial done on time, If you talk so much about the increased numbers, then get the darn things out there and posted for all to see.
