Good point. By responding that shares can't be sold for a year the IR lady is actually correct (by addressing the restricted shares only). It's still a 1/2 truth because it does not get to the key issue here of the company printing new shares and adding to the OS. The dilution is killing this thing right now.

The only shares that could be sold are those that are free tradingin the float...

Authorized is the amount of shares that you are authorized to issue. Does not mean that number has been issued.

Restricted is what it is. Most cannot be sold for at least 6 months, but usually 1 year is common.

Float - shares that are available for trading and have been issued.

Outstanding and Issued - shares that have been issued by the company, could be also restricted shares.
