Skul, honestly we have a large position here and Friday is it!! Either this goes legit, and by that I mean never gonna see 0.0001 -0.0002 again or this is a TAX write-off in 2011 for me!!!

Friday - the senoir management team does a PPS at 0.0005 or higher and takes the rest of the 10,000,0000,000 in the O/S!!! This suppliments the free ones they got last quarter as an incentive, and make them major owners like Mark. They pay the debt down and Mark Meller walks and does something else with his time!! If this happen everyone wins including us!!!
company would be worth $12 to $20MM with no debt and profitable quarter after quarter without the $500K burden that Mark put on us!
seems simple to me!! friday we find out, but either way we make $100K plus or we write off this one and move on!!
