Nothing new. Probably small fills on a bigger order. Just like the decline after a little run. Nothing new. King and the BOD know what they are doing. After all, that's what we pay them the big bucks for. What good is the regulation if it's non binding?

SEC Gives Shareholders Vote on Pay for Companies’ Top Executives

Jan. 25 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission gave shareholders the right to weigh in on pay packages for top executives to increase scrutiny of compensation practices blamed for fueling Wall Street risk-taking.

SEC commissioners voted 3-2 today to enact the say-on-pay measure that will subject compensation plans to non-binding shareholder votes as often as once a year. The proposal is part of the agency’s rulemaking under the Dodd-Frank Act.

My screen shows 84,493 shares traded. It's been odd lots all morning. This tells me the ATM is active. My guess is 4 more days of supply exceeding demand and the shorts (who seem to be in the know) take advantage of it.

My hope is dartman is getting more control and eventually puts in a new ceo and cob.
