Thought I heard the CEO say if it's listed on the Nasdaq that the 6 month restriction starts from the day you recevied your graffiti shares from the tender offer.

I'm really hoping now that Graffiti just gets listed on an American exchange. Takes a lot of the unknown out of the equation about if I will be able to deposit my shares with a broker or even sell them for that fact.
