I would imagine that there would be a merger. The question is what would be the exchange rate? I would hope that our shares would be worth more than a penny/share.
I know that they have been quietly transfering assets to BOCL for some time. More food for your lawyers......... and a few extras just need to know I'm speaking to a lawyer that is representing me as well as thee. :) Its time to let the SEC know that Shipply is helping to fund BOCL as well as ACLH. I think that may be a violation of the former SEC ruling on Mr. Shipply. But since Ares wont return a phone call in 2 weeks he is either fired or in with them and I'm out of patience. So guys when do we mount up and remember don't bring a knife to a gun fight.
