Mel Robinson isn't sleepin well right now.

You have been invited to go visit them and refused. That being said, I think you're comments regarding what you 'think' they are doing or not doing are invalid. You should stick to facts instead of slanderous opinions.

Just call the prosecutor in charge.

Thats ripe.

they don't want Humphries talkin with others who want to shut him up like HLNT does.

Ummm, if HLNT wanted him quiet, why are they legally and publically pursuing him?

The homerun for HLNT would be extra time and have some one on one time with their past CEO before he talks to the Feds.

The feds getting a hold of Humphries only helps HLNT. This is just circle talk.

It's them that are buyin time but not tracking Humphries location down

Moving to electronic delivery is not buying time.

Bottom line is he's not hidin he's waitin ta save his ass.

According to you he wants to talk to the FBI. If that were true he wouldn't be hiding. Since he's already being saught, it is in his best interest, if he is indeed wanting to talk to the FBI, to just get out and talk to the FBI. Then let his lawyer and the FBI laison handle discussions with HLNT as it pertains to NIR.

The assumption here is that Humphries hasn't yet talked to
the Feds. The reality is, he already has. All the Feds
want to do now is document the specifics. HLNT talking to
Humphries one on one is not the all important issue at all,
having Humphries respond to the counterclaim is. That is what
the service is about, nothing more but requiring Humphries to
testify to his illegal activities with NIR. It's all in the
counterclaim.
