definately.......I have no worries tho....this consolidation has proven useful in building new base's. With the low number of shares traded and the RSI moving up so quick, it makes me believe that the float is TINY

Exactly BB. "Other" institutions are going to buy FECOF when news hits IMO. That's when the PPS will really move.
