Where did you see there was a $500K charge in Q4 related to the opening of the new facility? I saw the part where they said $409K of the increased SG&A in 2004 was due to an acquisition of Simclar (Mexico) in July 2003...but that's not the new facility.
Congrats on the gain today. I almost bought at $3.50 when I saw the Q4 earnings of .07/share. But since they were flat from the year ago Q4, I didn't know how much upside there would be. Nice spin in the PR...focused on strong annual comps.
