it is good that all were halted and not just a select few. the question is - WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN TO MAKE DTCC UN-SUSPEND its settlement services for RCCH? That is key. Because as the DTCC goes, so goes these brokers, for the most part. the brokers wont trade RCCH and will say because of the DTCC's actions.

So WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN TO MAKE DTCC UN-SUSPEND RCCH?

i sure hope essman and lux and some others are advising newton and that they have a plan of action.
