Just looked up to check the ticker. I noticed it was dropping, but didn't see a PR or filing alert. Good thing I looked here, else I'd have no clue what's going on.

I'm not sure why that is considered "bad" news though. It looked pretty good to me. Can someone explain? Thanks in advance.
