J-rhino... I have rarely seen a filing come out during trading hours. They are usaully released right after the close. If you bought this based on the facts that the company has proven, then sit back and relax!!! JMHO

Oh please, are you serious?? Sure they hired them. But saying something at a presentation to get an account and then delivering on your word are two different matters. I know for a FACT that they didn't just go to the yellow pages and pick a firm. They interviewed multiple firms before they chose one.

You can also bet your life that if this is not filed today that this will be the LAST audit that this firm does for MSEP.
