I believe Greg promised AUDITED financials filed with PINKSHEETS. Those aren't audited.
Until they file with the SEC - I wouldn't count on this thing moving up and STAYING up until they are willing to show their hand to the SEC. Until then this is nothing more than a MOMO play based on pr's and stinky pinky filings that don't mean a thing in the big picture.
They still have a couple weeks to go for those AUDITED financials - although they did cover themselves by saying "estimated" - let's see if they are up for it and who is willing to sign off on those AUDITED financials that will be necessary for any "uplisting".
