MM, seeing that you are so concerned about the well being of your fellow shareholders have you called or emailed the OSC? why dont you on behalf of the shareholders. Please hear what they have to say and get back to us, your fellow shareholders. By the sound of the responses from the OSC it is clear to me that LAWS were violated in leaking information pertaining to a ongoing proceedings. Ask them if it is common practice if they release AFFIDAVITS TO PARTICULAR TRADERS? Below are just a few comments i have received, let's see if yours differ. In fact ask them to send you a SCANNED copy of the affidavit like the one that landed in the the hands of particular traders associated with this stock.

"As noted in previous responses, OSC staff do not provide progress reports or comment on ongoing proceedings. As soon as any decision has been made concerning the matter, including scheduling of the next hearing dates, that information will be added to the OSC website."

"The Sulja Bros. proceedings are ongoing. OSC staff may not comment on ongoing proceedings."

"As noted in our previous response, these proceedings are ongoing, and OSC staff may not comment on ongoing proceedings"

"Given the confidential nature of some of the material to be heard in considering pre-trial motions in the Sulja Bros proceedings, Counsel anticipate the matters may be heard in camera, i.e. in private. "

BY THE SOUND OF IT, IT'S PRETTY CLEAR NO INFORMATION IS BEING RELEASED OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASED BASED ON "ONGOING PROCEEDINGS"

I would recommend that you do your own due diligence. You will find it much more satisfying.
