so are u saying the reverse split happens before the buying starts at .02. If that happens we are really SCREWED

The date of the reverse split has not yet been set. I think the date would be the same for buying at 0.02. It will come soon! Have you guys got such e-mails?

I have not received any such notice. Who is your broker???
calling that 1 800 414 4313 (which they answer with "Nephros Incorporated"???....I thought I had that number as the people handling the proxy... The number I've always used to call Neph was 201 343 5202, but I digress)
The person tells me that it has been in "prelim" for quite awhile and was scheduled to come out of prelim the 24th. I said "so is that Feb 24th then cuz Jan 24th is gone!?" She laughed and said well it's just an estimate, and she did know that Neph just filed some new paperwork with the SEC and no one really knows anything for sure until the SEC gives the OK so that's why no one wants to tell us anything, becuz things could change :)
