What on earth is a "Legal Request?"

Is there any legal reason this "request" doesn't go into the circular file?

The allegations in those "requests" sound pretty serious! Why didn't they file a lawsuit? Is there really anything here beyond these guys sending a letter saying, "hey, you were mean to us and did all kinds of bad things, so pay us."

Why are the 3 links not working anymore? I was able to take notice of the content in the morning of 25 jan.
Also the original website of the company doesn't contain this information. It looks like fake. But there is also no countermessage from the company. Strange movement.
