I would hold if i were you, especially if you have faith in the stock. I believe this stock will be around .008 in the near future. I had the same problem with tlan and bought a lot right before it pulled back, and im still holding a loss in it. Just dont panic sell

Mitigating dilution losses is tricky business but once you've seen 100 stocks dilute you get the hang of it and can even turn a large loss into a large gain. You have to learn the patterns of when an MM is about to start dumping, when he's in the middle of dumping, what tricks they play, and when he's about to stop. You want to sell immediately when they appear and start dumping because it's usually going to take a while and most drop around 50%. Then you want to buy as soon as they disappear or back way off. FANC was very tricky in November moving up and down and all around to make people think it was over when it wasn't. If you were here in November it would probably help you a lot tomorrow. Just try to go with the flow on the L2 and closely watch the dilution MM (VNDM) and the bid support. When it's finally over, it's just as essential to NOT miss the buy point as it was to originally sell. Good luck.
