Doh... did I say hole #1 again.... I meant hole #2.

Based on what I have read and own experience you can probably rule out Cu in hole #2. This is due to the fact that native Cu and Cu-sulphides are easily identifable. Their PR focused hole #2 for REEs. Au is a little harder; did they already run fire assays for Au on hole #2??? We don't know... they did not mention VG, so it is possible that there is some measureable gold; however, you would think they would have mentioned that in the last PR.

From their PR: Hole RR10-02 intersected variably altered and mineralized peralkaline felsic volcanic rocks throughout the upper 245 meters of the 344 meter long hole.

And they stated they had results from the upper 37.5 m. So that means that 207.5 m of altered and mineralized peralkaline volcanic rocks have yet to be analyzed. The upper 37.5 had elevated REEs, or above background; i.e., current results are not economical. The remaining 200+m have the "potential" to have elevated concentrations and maybe even some sections that are of economic grade. You need the right rock types, etc and that is something we have... now we just need enriched REEs.

I hope this clears things up.

Also, a 245 m thick volcanic sequence is significant. If they can prove that these volcanics are playing host to REE mineralization, then it could open the door to an additional drilling program. This, combined with information from Cache's adjacent propoerty, could help direct any future program. Both companies could use their respective drilling programs to map the volcanic sequence on their properties.
